Easy and Fast Baked Salmon and Garden Salad

Sometimes I don’t have the energy or desire to cook dinner. These nights I default to wonderful already marinated and frozen salmon fillets from No Name. Cook right from frozen in the oven, they are done in 25 minutes. Paired with a nice big green salad with your favorite toppings. I love bacon, hard boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, and sunflower seeds on mine, topped with lighthouse blue cheese dressing. Almost no work and so extremely satisfying.

 

 

The Salmon has 220 calories, 1g of carb, 14g of fat, and 25g of protein. The salad will vary in numbers depending on how big you make it and what kind of toppings you use. The perfect meal when you need something easy and fast.
